As a host, you will be required to assess the visitor's biosecurity risk level based on responses from the visitor's answers.

You will be prompted by a notification, or you can access all visits and outstanding actions via the Schedule page.

If the visit is booked in advance, the visitor's answers need to be approved 1 day before.

⚠️ When do I need to approve a visit?

You need to approve a visit if the visitor has provided answers resulting in an estimated high risk.

If the visit is booked in advance, the visitor's answers need to be approved 1 day before.

✅ No need to approve low risk visits

If a visitor completes the Biosecurity survey and is deemed low risk, their visit will be automatically approved.
