As a site host / manager, you will be required to assess the visitor's biosecurity risk level based on responses from the visitor's answers.
You will be prompted by a notification, or you can access all visits and outstanding actions via the Schedule page.
You need to approve a visit if the visitor has provided answers resulting in an estimated high risk.
If a visitor completes the Biosecurity survey and is deemed low risk, their visit will be automatically approved.
Review high risk responses and reassess the risk level if necessary. If you disagree with the estimated risk level you will need to include a comment explaining why.
Review the low risk responses. Mark the checkbox once you’ve read and reviewed all responses.
If you allow a High Risk visitor you will need to tell the visitor your reason for allowing their entry request.
