ExoFlare have developed a quick and easy method of capturing biosecurity details for people visiting the site.

In the event of a biosecurity risk, details of on-farm visitors can be quickly and easily reviewed.

There are 3 ways to book a visit in ExoFlare -

1. Host books the visit

  1. A site host / manager books someone in for a New visit

    If a visitor is nominated as an employee, they will receive a streamlined biosecurity questionnaire due to regular staff biosecurity inductions and guidelines.

2. Visitor requests a visit by scanning the QR code poster on arrival

A visitor who turns up at the entrance unexpected may wish to request a visit that day.

  1. Visitor scans QR code poster

  2. Visitor select Visitor and follows the prompts to complete the Biosecurity questionnaire

  1. Host assesses risk assessment and approves / rejects visit the visit

3. Visitor requests a visit using a web link

Regular visitors (eg. vets and contractors) may find it more convenient to book / request their visits online ahead of time.

  1. Host can send these visitors a link to request a visit

    From New visit, using the copy icon, you can copy the site 'Visitor link to request visit' link and email it to anyone for them to request their visit for any day and time.

  1. Visitor requests details of visit (site, date, time) and follows the prompts to complete the Biosecurity questionnaire
  2. Host assesses risk assessment and approves / rejects the visit
