Once you have logged into ExoFlare, we have prepared a suggested self-guided workflow for you to familiarise yourself with the ExoFlare software.

Feel free to do more test visits to gain familiarity with ExoFlare Visitor.

โ„น๏ธ ExoFlare can delete any visits with the same host/visitor and/or labelled "test". Please contact us at [email protected] for assistance.

Task 1: Do a delivery check-in ๐Ÿššโœ…

  1. Go to Settings > Sites > (select one of your sites from the drop down menu at the topic)

  2. Check that you are set as the Primary Contact (to receive delivery check-in notifications)

  1. Click "QR CODE POSTER" to bring up the poster for that site

  1. Scan the QR code with your mobile phone. (If you have issues, please read -โ€ฃ)

  2. Select Delivery / Transport

  1. Complete the form as though you are a delivery driver.
  2. As the Primary Contact, you should receive an sms notification of the delivery check-in! ๐Ÿ‘
