Once you have logged into ExoFlare, we have prepared a suggested self-guided workflow for you to familiarise yourself with the ExoFlare software.

Feel free to do more test visits to gain familiarity with ExoFlare Visitor.

ℹ️ ExoFlare can delete any visits with the same host/visitor and/or labelled "test". Please contact us at [email protected] for assistance.

Task 1: Do a delivery check-in 🚚✅

  1. Go to Settings > Sites > (select one of your sites from the drop down menu at the topic)

  2. Check that you are set as the Primary Contact (to receive delivery check-in notifications)

  1. Click "QR CODE POSTER" to bring up the poster for that site

  1. Scan the QR code with your mobile phone. (If you have issues, please read -‣)

  2. Select Delivery / Transport

  1. Complete the form as though you are a delivery driver.
  2. As the Primary Contact, you should receive an sms notification of the delivery check-in! 👏
