When do I receive my end of day summary?

As a host, you will receive an end of day notification summarising any actions you'll need to close off for the day. These include

• reminder to sign out
• incomplete visits

This is sent daily at 4pm or 1 hour after scheduled end time of the latest visit that day.

Reminders for multi-day visits are only sent on the end date.
