Sites can be configured to ask visitors and deliveries for their vaccination statuses. eg. COVID-19, Q fever.

You can configure to ask this question to visitors, or deliveries, or for both.

(Visitors answering doses will result in a low risk assessment, any other answers will result in a high risk.)

1. Go to Settings
2. Click Sites
3. Select the site you wish to update, using the Site selector
4. Click Edit
5. Tick the relevant COVID-19 vaccination question you wish to activate
6. Click Save

You can also record whether COVID-19 vaccination paperwork has been sighted for a visitor or delivery.

1. Find the Visit or Delivery
2. Scroll to the bottom
3. Click Edit
4. Update the details
   1. Sighted on DATE
   2. Sighted by HOST NAME
