In case you make a typo on a Visitor’s details - you can make changes to a Visit for today or in the future.

Past visits cannot be edited to maintain data integrity.

To update a Visitor’s details on a visit

1. Find the visit for the visitor you wish to update

   

2. At the bottom right, click Edit, to edit the visit

3. Find the Visitor details and click Edit, to edit the visitor details.

   

4. Click Save
