If you receive and have now sighted the COVID vaccination paperwork for a visitor, you may want to record this in ExoFlare.

To do this

1. Go to the Visitor log
2. Search for the person’s visit - eg. by name

1. Open one of their visits
2. Click the Verify button, or scroll to the bottom of the page to COVID-19 VACCINATION SIGHTED

1. Click Edit
2. Update Sighted on and Sighted by fields.
3. Click Save.

The COVID-19 vaccination sighted status will now be updated for all of that person’s visits.
