You can set up a tablet in a space such as a reception area to allow visitors to Sign In and Out of a site. We call it kiosk check-in because it works like turning your device into a little pop-up kiosk that anyone can use.

Key Benefits

• visitors don't need mobile reception
• visitors don't need a mobile phone with them or a mobile phone number
• kiosk can act as a backup if there are problems scanning the QR code on the visitor’s phone
• Increased security since no details are remembered

Any mobile device can be used as a kiosk to sign in visitors.

Of course your visitors can still Sign In by scanning your QR code on a sign.

Turning On Kiosk Mode

1. Log in as usual to app.exoflare.io

2. Click KIOSK CHECK-IN (top right)

3. Hand the device to the visitor or driver

4. Person checks into your site using ExoFlare

Don’t see the Kiosk Mode button?

Kiosk mode is only available when you log in using your device’s web browser (Safari, Chrome etc). We’re working on adding a link in the Apple and Android apps.
