Printing

Step 1: select your view (template)

1. Click on Views (top left, under the main tab for ‘Load schedule’)

2. Find ’Print: Weekly Livestock market schedule’ view and click to select the view

   

Step 2: select your filters - this week

1. Once the print view is selected, filter by week to select the week you wish to print (eg Week = 6 in this example)

   

Step 3: select your printing format

1. Click the grey arrow at the end of the Print: Weekly Livestock Market Schedule view name to access a drop-down menu
2. Select Print view option from the menu

1. In Print settings box, choose the following configuration:

   Paper size:

   A4

   Layout:

   Landscape

   Field sizing:

   Fit to page width

   Font size:

   Extra small

   Turn on (click button so it’s green)

   • Add view name as title
   • Wrap long text to multiple lines

   Hit Print
