The ExoFlare Transport app relies on accurate up-to-date pig transportation scheduling information from Producers and Transporters.

Weekly scheduling

Each week, usually on a Friday, Producers will enter their loads / trips for the next week.

Definitions

| Load | Each row on the spreadsheet is a load or subload (if a load has multiple type of pigs, it will have a subload for each type of pig on that load). Loads are identified by a unique Load Number for that week entered by the producer. | | --- | --- | | Week number | Week numbers start from week 1 in the new financial year. |

How do I enter my load schedule for the week?

Step 1 - start the new week

1. Click the (+) Add record button at the bottom left of the screen

1. Choose a pickup date from the calendar

1. Add the new week number in the Week column

1. The new week will be in its new group

2. You can use the + button under the new Week row to add in entries from the new week

   

Step 2 - filter the page to only see the new week

To only view the loads for this week -

1. Click on the light green button to update the Filter,
