How do I know when the schedule is ready for me to start my assignments?

Once the producer has completed scheduling their loads for the week, you will receive an email notification.

📧 Load schedule for COMPANY Transport is ready/updated

The Schedule has been updated and is now ready for COMPANY transport assignments.

Please log in to check for any new trips, and assign drivers, truck and trailers.

💻You can now log into AirTable and start assigning!

1. Go to airtable.com
2. At the top right, Sign in
3. Sign in with your password
4. Under Transport schedule, find your company name.

How do I configure the sheet to just this week?

To only view the loads for this week -

1. Click on the light green button to update the Filter,
2. Select Where ‘Week’ = ‘X’ where X is the number of the week you wanted.

See example below, to filter for week 5 only.
